1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nvisage.ai website and any related services, tools, content or communications (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Interfere with, disrupt, probe, scrape at scale, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or related systems.
• Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or that you do not have the right to submit.
• Use the Services to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited commercial communications.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse any AI outputs, tooling or credentials we provide.

3. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, content, branding and design, are owned by Nvisage.ai or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose.

4. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or accuracy. AI-generated outputs, website scans and drafts are informational and may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nvisage.ai and its officers, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) £100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Third-party services

The Services may link to or rely on third-party tools (for example calendar booking, chat widgets and hosting providers). We are not responsible for those third parties or their terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue any part of the Services.

8. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and Nvisage.ai submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that we may bring proceedings to protect our intellectual property in any competent jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
